This privacy policy detailed below is applicable for our product “SAP Connector for Google Workspace” but only for demo version available through Google Workspace Marketplace.

We here at AiRENOVE, value your privacy and take serious measures in protecting your personal information and have hence updated our privacy policy to make it GDPR compliant.

This Privacy Policy explains how we, AiRENOVE, collect and protect your information. Please read this policy carefully to understand our use of your information and the steps we take to protect it. By accessing or using the demo version of the product “SAP Connector”, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We do not collect any sensitive or restricted information about you. The only information we may collect and store about you is your email address and your public profile information that shows up in your mail account.

You do not need any additional data to work with the demo, neither personal or professional data, but in case you decide to fill out the spreadsheet with your additional data, we may also collect this type of information.

When you install the demo version of the “SAP Connector”, the information we may collect is not needed for any service and we do not make any use with it.

Moreover, AIRENOVE will not sell or share your personal information with third parties or for any commercial purposes.

Demo version of the “SAP Connector” needs to work a legal license with Google Workspace. AiRENOVE also uses Google Cloud to help us in providing the product and services to you, such as services to host our product.

Finally, we may disclose your information and data in response to lawful requests from public or government authorities if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to do so to comply with a law or order, to protect a person’s safety, or to protect our rights or property.

The principal purpose of collecting your personal data is to offer you a safe, optimum, efficient and personalised merger experience. To this end, you agree and accept that we may use your personal data to:

• Provide our services and facilitate performance, including verifications relating to you.
• Resolve any problems so as to improve the use of our site and services.
• Personalise, assess, and improve our services, content and materials.
• Analyse the volume and history of your use of our services.

Once you install the demo, you will have access only to our SAP demo system located in our offices. The data available in our SAP demo system is a set of public data for you to try the capabilities of the product but some services or features need the full version.

Full version includes the add-on for your own SAP system and you need to reach out to us through the phone or mail published in the demo and to sign a legal contract with AiRENOVE is required.

By using the demo product, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by us consistent with this Privacy Policy. Changes to our Privacy Policy become effective when they are posted to this page.
