Goal
Analysis of the data collected from the users’ navigation in their web and the data collected in their telephone switchboard 11888
Solution
Data is collected from the navigation of the user on the web and their telephone switchboard. They are all stored in a database at Oracle and in other No-SQL. After that, they are then uploaded with the ETL Talend and added into a Data Mart, which acts as a repository to develop reports with BOBJ.
The volume of data in both cases is around 100 million registers (4 months).
